By shopping at UrbanThread you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Products

We work hard to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider sets the conversion rate. Payment is due at the time of order.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once your order is processed. We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — you will always be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location, and shipping is free worldwide. Tracking is provided for every order. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in original condition for a refund or exchange. Contact us to start a return. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full at our cost.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

All store content — branding, text, images, and design — belongs to UrbanThread and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanThread is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
